Harmony House, a memorable vacation rental in the heart of Santa Fe, received its name from its beautiful structural design. Believed to have been built over 120 years ago with adobe brick, this special home has been lovingly restored to meet the needs of modern life while preserving the grace of a by-gone era.
Ideally located on a narrow winding street, this lovely home is just a few blocks from both the Santa Fe Plaza and Canyon Road. The residence is also within steps of Santa Fe's Hillside Park, a beautiful green area with vistas of the historic downtown area. It features gorgeous wood floors, 2 fireplaces, viga ceilings throughout.
In Santa Fe a home is not truly complete without a patio to enjoy the famous New Mexico climate and mountain scenery. Harmony House has 2 private patios and a terraced garden for your outdoor dining pleasure. The main patio off the dining room provides a shady area, with a sit-down capacity for eight, and charcoal grill to enjoy meals under the sun and the stars.
The home has a full kitchen that flows into a formal dining room, with seating for six. Its living room is well-equipped for entertainment needs, complete with cable television, DVD and CD player, and internet/wi-fi access. A separate, additional sitting room that can double as an office is directly off of the main living room.
The step-up master bedroom has a king bed with a wood-burning fireplace, and opens out to a private, walled patio area ? perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee and the local Santa Fe newspaper. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds, sleeping an additional four guests. There's a stacked washer/dryer available for use during your stay.

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 This is a cozy older home that has been kept up well and has beautiful artwork and southwestern decor. It offers plenty of room for families or several guests. Well appointed kitchen. Our only complaint was a malfunctioning thermostat control in the guest bedrooms that turned them into an extremely warm sauna that was impossible to sleep in. We finally got the thermostat to shut off, but within a few hours with the heat off, the centipedes started showing up. |

Stayed for 7 days in December, 2012 The House was great but the lack of internet and no response from Kokopelli management over the our seven day was a little sad. We asked them at the end of out stay why they never called us back and their response was have a nice trip back home. Not being overly picky but an odd response and clearly they had no interest in fixing the internet. We felt like we paid for the internet and at least we should get is a sorry from managment but I guess that was too much to ask. |

Stayed for 14 days in July, 2011 I had requested a home with no interior stairs, as there were two handicapped adults in our party. We were dismayed to find that there were level changes and a set of stairs within the house, including to the only walk-in shower. When we had a problem with emergency egress and with a broken toilet, the on-call responder was not helpful and told us that only emergency calls would be put through. After several days of back and forth, we finally got responses to our repair needs. Both last year and this I had trouble getting information for a new rental for next summer. Responses aren't timely. |

Stayed for 30 days in October, 2010 Our only problem was an attempted break-in during the day at the property which was unsuccessful thanks to the security alarm. However, this did have the effect of taking the "harmony" out of Harmony House for the remainder of our trip. The house possesses a lot of noises, mostly from the heating system and creaking floor, which added to the tension at night, affecting sleep. Unfortunately, the window repair was not very secure ie dry wall held only by caulking, a method very easily displaced, so our latter days were a bit tense. We realize none of this was management's or owner's fault and hold no blame but it did impact on our trip. Beyond this, everything was great and we very much enjoyed dealing with Ryan.Dr. Norm Kapitain. |

The patio was delightful and became our favorite place to relax in the morning and evening. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the location is an easy walk to the plaza. It is very difficult to find a house with enough beds for five or six women, and this one fit the bill perfectly. The house had everything we were looking for. |
