We signed a contract on another rental but it was canceled just days before we were to move in. We rented this property sight unseen at the last minute. We are both in our seventies and the carpets were a menace because they wadded up when we walked on them. We finally rolled up the rug in the living room only to find that the floor under the rug was filthy and as we rolled up the rug the top picked up the dirt and hair. The management company then charged our credit card for the dry cleaning of the rug without notifying us. After we complained, all but a small fee was reversed.

Property Manager Response:
None of these comments are accurate - the guests were not permitted to the first house due to the owner not wanting them back because of dog issues. Contract was never signed.
They were charged for damages by their dog in the second contract. Would not rent to them again unless they didn't have the dog.
