The home was beautiful!! The location was perfect, we loved taking walks to the beach everyday. The fireplace was enjoyable, the pictures on line did not really do this house justice. We enjoyed stay at The Tuscan Fireplace home. Would love to stay again sometime!

House has "chopped up" floorplan with forth bedroom being a sittinging room on the first floor with a not so comfortable day bed/King. Could not locate the 3 aerobeds, only 2. We liked the house, found it comfortable for the most part and liked the location. Long walk to Natural Bridges, short walk to wharf and Boardwalk.

Great House, Expensive, One flaw

This house was a great place to have a get together. The highlights would be that every room has its own bathroom and the backyard is awesome. Our only complaint is the smell of a cat litter pan. As soon as we unpacked we had to go buy some febreeze to spray.

My contract with a Great Place T0 Stay was for room for 17 to sleep,at the last minute(too late to cancle) I was informed that two cabins would not be available. A great place to stay was not helpful at all except to say use blow up matress. there was not even enough foor space to put them all down.I had to find other accommodations for some of the people.This was a 50th wedding celebration,it was dissapointing that we could not all be toghether. There are only two real beds and bedrooms a pull out couch and a trundle bed for children

We loved the home and the owners were very gracious! The location is perfect! The kids loved running around the trail near the beach and the outside fireplace was a wonderful place to sit and visit in the evening.

Great location in Santa Cruz, California, residential yet close to downtown. The owner of the home showed up twice during our stay, that was a suprize. The bedroom upstairs was advertized at two beds, instead we found a sofa, put a bit of a cramp in our sleeping style since we ran out of sleeping space! AGPTS needs to update this website on the accomodations as its false advertisement.

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for a week last March,'08. We thought the location was excellent, being that the beach is a pleasant,few minute stroll through Lighthouse Park. There are plenty of places to walk or ride a bike, and we did! My boys skateboarded everywhere, including the skatepark. My girls walked to the boardwalk almost everyday.I enjoyed the shops on Pacific Avenue and people -watching. The people in Santa Cruz are so unique and refreshing. Everything is really close to the house. This home is located on one of the most beautiful streets in the area. The house has everything most people need, and it's dog/cat friendly, and very clean. The owner is an artist and the walls are decorated with her, beautiful work. The house sleeps a lot of people. There are three bedrooms upstairs. One with a blow-up bed, and another with a queen-size bed, plus, another blow-up bed that can be put anywhere. Each room has a full bath. The master has a king bed and a beautiful bath. There is no closet available in the master. A curtained room downstairs serves as a bedroom with a twin trundle unit. There is also a pull-out, sofa-bed in the living room.If need be, are also a couple sofas that could possibly be used (my son slept comfortably there one night).The kithen is modern and open to the familyroom. The backyard extends the living space with a fireplace and a private hot tub. There is a shower to wash off all the sand, too. The owners have an art studio in the back(with pet cats)and came by to feed their kitties each day. They were very kind and helpful. We hope we can stay again next year.
