My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay in Santa Cruz in the very comfortable Forest Avenue house. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home.Thank you for offering such a great house!

The hot tub was not working and the whole pool area was rundown. I dont know who the property manager was-we talked with the property owner, maybe that was the manager too, and they were terrific

What a wonderful time we had staying at this beautiful home for the family wedding! The owners are absolutely wonderful & although we never managed to find time to enjoy the pool & hot tub, they looked very inviting! Would definitely stay again or suggest to friends/family! Great location within walking distance to the beach...great for morning walks/exercise!

The Forest Fountain Home was amazing! There was so much space in the 3 bedrooms plus a large living room. The owner came by to introduce herself and was so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this house if you are ever in the Santa Cruz area!

Owners were very pleasant and helpful.Swimming pool needs attention. We had an ant infestation. Trucks unloading at near-by Napa Auto Parts store at 3:00 A.M--not good. Location next to commercial, and busy streets. Suggest that better kitchen knives, flatware, and more place settings would be useful.

The home is in a quiet, easy to get-to location of Santa Cruz, a bit off the beaten path, but it was more than adequate for our party, which was in town for our daughters graduation from UCSC. The owner was there to show us around and even provided a complimentary bouquet of flowers. Pantry was fully stocked, although we didn't have time to fully utilize it's contents.

If you have been to Santa Cruz before and you will be doing more than going to the beach, this is a great house. Not a good location for those who want to walk to the beach, but close to a natural open space and convienent shopping location. We were a family of 8 for Christmas 6 Adults 2 Children. The children slept on the couch in the living room. This house has plenty of bathrooms, and linens. Fully equiped kitchen. The fireplace did not work, they were converting it to electric (bummer in winter) and the pool/jucuzzi is in another yard across the street, so not alot of privacy, but you know that in advance. The owner lives near by and is a great hostess and very friendly. We brought our dog and you can close off the kitchen area for the dog when you leave, but no fenced yard, OK with us!
Neighborhood is quiet, not the pary crowd like near the beach. We would stay her again, but wish it was walking distance to the beach, but then I guess it would not be as quiet.

WE GOT TO TAKE THE DOGS. IT WAS NEAR THE BEACH AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. I'M LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ELSE THIS SUMMER OR FALL. NEEDS TO BE CENTERALLY LOCATED IN CALIF. THANKS.

Lisa and her husband Jim were very accomodating. They live across the street and became a part of our stay. They are very interesting people. The nearby walking path to the harbor and back was a plus. Santa Cruz and California are so beautiful that I feel guilty about taking it from the Indians.
