Well-built home with lots of little extras - very well-equipped. Only flaw was the wifi did not work well - it would only remain connected to the internet for 5 minutes at a time. Otherwise a lovely time!

This house smelled like a cat litter box when we first got there. The smell is very off-putting. After a few days of all the windows open it got a little better. But, uh, this is a problem.

Wonderful place, great location, physical property in very good condition.Property has all you need to cook and entertain for more than a week. The hot tub is just the cure for the cool Pacific and comes in very handy in the morning too. The upstairs kitchen is perfect for entertaining and provides a central location to converse.Highly recommend this place for a weekend or a week!

The house was in a great location within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. It was a very comfortable home. Thank you to the owners and to the folks at . When I asked specific questions about certain accomodations in the home I was provided answers very quickly. Communication was very good from the first reservation request, right up to our arrival date. It was a nice touch to even have the fresh flowers upon our arrival!

Both my daughter and my newphew got an skin infection due to the hot tub not having enough clorine (my newphew had to go on antibiotics because of the severity) The house could have been cleaner, the rugs in the bathroom and kitchen were fairly dirty as were the floors. We did enjoy the location of the house and the kitchen was well stocked.

Likes:*location*hot tubDislikes:*pots and pans are obviously left overs from who knows when! We had to buy our own pan because the ones provided were so scratched up.... the Teflon is bad for you!*the sofa bed downstairs was a joke, in general all couches could stand to be replaced*beach chairs and need to be replaced, they stink and are old*refrigerator was full of old and used things, it should be cleaned out completely before each guest arrives*the flowers left looked like they had already been there for the prior guest, either don't leave them at all or break down and buy some fresh onesThis place has SO MUCH potential, with a little TLC and replacements it could really be a fantastic rental

Nobody advised when reservations were made or a note to advise us that the upper (wonderful visiting) deck was OFF LIMITS after 10pm!!!! To get a call twice from Prop Mgmt to advise us at 10:15pm that we were too loud visiting (we were all inside with the windows open) and please STOP!!!- 2nd time (our last nite), again prop mgmt called to ask us to turn off the jets to the hottub at 10:19pm (we weren't loud, but the "jets" were!!!and we weren't even outside!!! (we were circulating the tub!!) I'm in sales w/ AAA and would NOT recommend this to any of my clients!!! Please advise ALL future residents that upper deck is OFF LIMITS after 10 PM!!!! Neighbor even yelled out and threatened to call Prop Mgmt, AGAIN, when she heard us whispering, like she was waiting for an excuse (neighbor next door on Ninth St) Jan and Steve Manildi

We loved the house, the location and had a great time....but the neighbor was really unreasonable about the use of the hot tub. We were quiet and respectful, did not use the jets after 10:00 as requested and 2 people max in the tub speaking in whispers. She complained and wanted us OUT at 10:01 every evening. Unreasonable.
