• For parties greater than 10, there is an additional $20 per person per night fee.
• One time cleaning fee of $119 will be charged per visit.
• Reservation deposit 25% of total rental fees - Non-refundable within 30 days of scheduled arrival.
• Security deposit is $250 - Fully refundable upon post check out inspection.
