This studio/apartment is located in the Rue Ouessant, on the edge of the 7th and 15th arrondissements, one of the most elegant Parisian areas. It is at a 3 minutes walking distance from the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. You will be in in the neighbourhood of the Rodin museum as well as Les Invalides. It is very conveniently and centrally situated, just 4 stops (10 mins) to St Germain des Près, the Notre Dame, the Sorbonne in the Latin district and Luxembourg Gardens. It is a safe and quiet neighbourhood yet near numerous shops and stores, restaurants and supermarkets. Enjoy the nearby open market at avenue de Breteuil, every Thursdays and Saturdays. The nearest metro stations is La Motte-Picquet-Grenelle (lines 6/8/10) that is situaded 50 metres away from the apartment.
Our studio/apartment is at 3rd floor via Elevator and it has been just renovated. It is furnished by a double bed, a large wall cupboard, a sofa convertible in bed for 2 people, a dining table with 4 chairs.
The kitchenette is hidden by two doors and is fully equipped by electrict burners, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a complete set of kitchen utensils, crockery, pots and pans. There is also a clothes washer/dryer.
The bathroom has washbasin, tub with fix shower. The toilette is in a separate room.
The apartment provides also iron + iron board, hair dryer, fresh Linens and towels included. Wifi internet connection and free telephone for the major European and American destinations are coming.

1. RESERVATIONS
After verifying the availability of the apartment you've chosen, fill out the "Reservation" form by indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons.
2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency.
3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at least 7 days before the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal.
4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only.
5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.
6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.
7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
