When it's time to unwind, your instincts will lead you outside to the first floor deck and the tranquil covered porch w/hot tub. On the top level you'll find the airy great room, sun soaked with ocean front windows and sun decks. The well-kept kitchen will keep the cook occupied, and the family can enjoy the evening meal in the dining area with picturesque views, or step outside to the breezy screened porch for picnic-style fare. The living room entices you with accommodating seating, gas log fireplace and TV/DVD. Also on this level is a half bath, a king master bedroom with full bath and TV/DVD, and a captain's watch with table and chairs, ideal for the family card game or simply gazing at the ocean and sound views while sipping on your morning coffee.
