REAL Watersports and jet ski rentals are within walking distance. There is plenty of dry ground between the house and water's edge with room to spread out gear, which is very rare with soundfront properties. A dip in your own private pool is another good option. Since this unique location offers completely unobstructed sound views from the ground level, WAVES LANDING's main living area is located on the first floor. This convenience minimizes trips up and down the stairs and makes unloading the groceries a breeze. The first floor has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, laundry, powder room, screened porch and open deck. The second floor has another master suite and two other bedrooms, one with singles and one with pyramid bunk with trundle. All bedrooms have direct access to decks for some private time. There is a mini-fridge on the ground level for convenient access to beverages. Make a “LANDING at WAVES” for a week or two of relaxation and rejuvenation.
