The third level is the heart of the house. It has a huge great room with sofas, an open kitchen with wrap around bar, fireplace and wall to wall glass for unparalleled Atlantic views opening onto a wide furnished oceanfront deck. Dine indoors on the large indoor table, the small breakfast table, or just outside on the south side screened porch w/hammock, which is just off of the kitchen.
