Situated in the Arros valley in the South West of the Gers in the village of Saint Aunix Lengros some four kms south east of the small town of Plaisance, the Gîte is a completely renovated "Grange" and features three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped "American-style" kitchen. The open-plan mezzanine which can also accommodate between four to six people, offers a sitting area as well as a (satellite) TV corner. The Gîte has its own entrance and parking and private terraces with Bar-B-Q with access to a private swimming pool. The region is renowned for its "Foie Gras", its wines: "Saint Mont" and "Madiran" as well as its "Armagnac". There's music! Country Western in Mirande, Jazz in Marciac, Classical music all around…..The Pyrénées are only a few miles away - great skiing in winter, superb "randonnées" in summmer.
