The private road passes by the tennis court uniquely reserved for guests use, and leads to the parking area by the south facing terrace. The terrace has a wooden table and chairs and parasol to allow lunch in the shade on hot summer days, and also a barbecue.
Set slightly behind the house, is the large private pool (separated by a fence for security), with views over the adjacent hills and valleys, there is also another barbecue area here.

The interior is very comfortable and stylish and consists of 4 delightful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/ dining room with all facilities - dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob top, fridge freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, caftière etc.

The property is positioned just 20 minutes by car to the ancient town of Perigueux with quiet cobbled streets and squares to relax and have coffee, or visit the ancient ampithreatre ruins in the old town. Or one hour away is the wonderful town of St Emillion, one of the finest in France, along with all the vineyards it has to offer there is ample opportunity to sample the wines of the region.
