1. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the condo and must also stay as a guest in the condo for the duration of the rental.
2. A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total reservation is due upon booking. The full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
3. Reservations without deposit within 5 days of booking will be cancelled.
4. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
5. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or less, prior to the date of arrival, full payment will be forfeited.
6. Key service and condo information will be sent approximately 2 weeks prior to arrival.
7. Local calls in Whistler are complimentary. Any long distance calls must be billed to a credit card.
8. No pets and no smoking allowed in the condo.
9. Free mid week towel change for stays of 5 nights or more. No daily housekeeping
10. If arriving after 10 pm, arrangements must be made for late arrival key service.
