SRVR 113 is a new 37ft long travel trailer with a 12 ft slideout. It has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is a dinette that seats 4 and 2 lazy boy recliners inside the trailer. It has central air. A shower stall/bath combination. Attached is a 12 x 20 ft florida room that is carpeted and has airconditioning. It has a daybed with a twin coiled mattress and a pop up trundle bed with a twin coiled mattress. The base rate for this property is for 4 people; however trailer can sleep 6 people. The florida room has a sofa, loveseat, lazy boy recliners and a tv/dvd player. It has a deck with furniture and gas grill overlooking Goshorn Creek. There is a large grassy yard with no close by neighbors and onsite parking. No pets please and no smoking.

Reservations are paid in advance as guests check themselves into the resort. A damage deposit may be required as a hold on a valid credit card. Pricing is for 4 people.
