This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa OCEANVIEW villa located in building 1 on the 3rd floor. This villa is beautifully decorated in Tommy Bahama furnishings with wonderful touches of color. New carpet, paint, flooring and furnishings gave this villa a nice faclift in winter 2009. FREE wireless highspeed internet access. FREE Tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club. 2TV's, 1 VCR. 2Bedrooms, 2Baths, 1King, 2Doubles, 1Queen Sleeper, Sleeps 8. Completed in 1999, The SeaCrest resort is the premier oceanfront community on Hilton Head Island. The luxurious villas are all professionally furnished and decorated including Corian counters, nine foot ceilings, crown moldings, and hardwood floors. All two and three bedroom units include two master suites. Balconies view the landscaped grounds or the Atlantic Ocean or both. Elevators make easy access from the ground level parking under the buildings. The SeaCrest is located in the Coligny Circle area of Hilton Head Island with dining, shopping and entertainment all within walking distance. There are lots of activities including the wide, sandy beach. The SeaCrest Resort includes two large, on-site outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, and a private boardwalk to the beach. New in 2009 are an indoor heated resistance pool as well as an indoor heated spa. There is a health club and a conference center with several meeting rooms is on site as well. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Could use a couple better condition pans for t A guest from Salem, NH recommends this property. Stayed for 36 days in February, 2009 There was very little water pressure in master bath sinks. The biggest complaint we had was the main television for the unit. The screen very small, could not read text when sitting on couch. The bottom of screen had green spot in right bottom corner which made people's skin look like they were green. I also mentioned to vacation company the refrigerator was making a very loud bang when it shut off. Nothing was every done about it. I assume it is up to the owner to take care of that. |
