As you enter this elevated home you will find that on the main level there is lots of spacious living space. At the front door immediately to your left is a large dining room that seats 8. As you move from the entry area to your right is a master bedroom and bath furnished with king bedding. Beyond this bedroom is a large living room with a large 52" HD Flat Panel TV. Nearby to the living room is the kitchen with breakfast area that looks over the pool. A full bath is located just off the kitchen. Also off the kitchen is a 2nd large living room equipped with a large screenl TV, wet bar and pool table. There is plenty of comfortable seating in this for movie night. Near the dining room a stairway leads you to 2 bedrooms one with a queen and one with two twins that share a Full bathroom. On the 2nd level of the home you will find a bedroom and private bath furnished with king bedding. The pool area of this home is truly wonderful with plenty of outdoor seating and lounge chairs.FREE wireless InternetFREE Tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club. 48 Dune Lane Laurie A. from Westlake, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2009 We had a great time. The only problem was with the pool. The trees hanging over the pool/deck/hot tub, were shedding their spring buds, which made for a constant mess in the pool which required constant cleaning. Thanks to the pool guy who came and checked the pool when the water was green after two days of heavy rain. I think the pool needs a better filter system. We also had the pool heated. It was too warm, which should never be a problem, but it was. The hot tub controls were hard to figure out due to wear on the control panel. We were able to use the grill, but the guys felt that a new one may be necessary. Kind of rickety. The over all set up of the house was great. The kids loved the extra "living room" especially when the torrential rains hit for 2 days. The kids became pool sharks!We really were pleased and would come back again. Maybe not in the spring (pool mess) |

Surprise fees from the mgmt company Lynn O. from Atlanta, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2007 At the last minute the mgmt company hit us up for surprise additional fees. Fees that they should have absorbed. Pool never got the service it needed. Too much money for what you get. |
