This wonderfully decorated family friendly 4 bedroom, 4 bath oceanfront home with *PRIVATE HEATED POOL has all the makings for a fun family vacation. With spectacular views from almost every room in the home your family will surely enjoy their vacation. On the 1st floor as you enter the home from the pool area is the family/recreation room equipped with a ping pong table, TV and DVD player. This leads into a bedroom furnished with bunk beds.The 2nd floor is designed with an open living area that encompasses the spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. This whole area opens up to a very large screened porch that looks over the pool to the ocean. Convenient to this living area are 3 bedrooms each with their own baths. All NEW Simmons Beautyrest Mattresses installed October, 2009. 4TV's, 2DVD players. 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds. Sleeps 8.*Pools can be heated at an additional charge. This pool has a gas pool heater . The cost per week is $575-$878 (depending on the season) to heat Pool.

A Great Stay By The Sea A guest from Orchard Park, New York recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2010 A very nice home to stay in. We'd come again easily. It was spacious. The pool was the right size and nicely heated; though it lacked some privacy from the beach access route, and safety wise, it would have been safer to block an accidental entry into the pool area from the shared driveway with more fencing. We loved the location of the home, and the view of dolphins in the morning was amazing. We did have some problems with wasps in the pool area, and did see some small lizards, which is probably acceptable for that climate and location. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were large. The house was clean on arrival. We wished that the TV in the great room had access to as many channels as the TVs in the bedrooms. Wireless internet access was not obtainable easily despite the presence of a wifi unit, and our kitchen phone did not work. But all these issues paled in comparison to our overall pleasure staying in this home. We will likely request it again in the future. |

Stayed for 7 days in April, 2010 Master bath did not have hot water. The grill has seen better days. It was rusted and had to have a part delivered, plus we covered the rest in foil. The ice box was leaking on refrigerator top shelf. |

The home is actually larger than it appears in the web pictures. We had a few issues, but The Vacation Company was quick to respond and resolve the issues. It is not the issues that is important...The way management handled those issues is what is important to me. We tried to rent this property again...but it was not available. Vacation Company did find us another home for our family to spend another great vacation. The pool is nice and the views are wonderful. The covered porch is an extremely nice amenity for this property. Very convenient to bike trails and Coligny Plaza. Enjoy! |
