This villa, 114, seems to be in need of some updating. Don't get me wrong, we had a good time, as always, despite the cool and windy weather. I got to play tennis, and my wife walked and read her books. We will be comning back. |

Beachwalk Dowager Philip M. from Arva, Ontario does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2009 Loved the location. The area was very charming and well kept. On the plus side: - The villa was spacious, it had a new refrigerator -The tile flooring was in relatively good shape and the curtains appeared to be new. However, the villa was showing its age. The windows were either very dirty or needed to be replaced. They were also very hard to open. The master bathroom vanity area was very low, the sink did not drain very well and the cold water from the tap ran in a very small stream. The toliet ran a bit too long after flushing. We also realized why they had a plunger close at hand. The carpet while it looked relatively new was spotted in areas. The overall musty smell we attributed to being closed up and to the humid environment. We will rent in the Beachwalk area again but not this unit. |

This is a great condo for vacation - ideal location to pool & ocean. Always clean & convenient to tennis courts Mary W. from Lafayette, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2007 We love this place and have stayed usually for 2 weeks in the fall for the past 10 or 12 yrs. The deck is a nice place to relax & gives some sun and shade; the birds like the nuts I put out on the balcony railing. When you grow tired of the good restaurants; it's easy to cook in & there's a wonderful Fresh Market grocery nearby! My favorite feature is the sitting area in the bedroom; great for reading some of the plentiful books they provide. Just enjoy! |

Great location, a bit more secluded than other areas of the Shipyard area, and that's a good thing. Very nicely appointed condo although this second time around there seemed to be an odor of sweat emanating in the living room area, possibly from perspiring people sitting on the furniture or lying on the carpet too many times between cleanings but something that would easily be remedied with a good steam cleaning. Still, we were very pleased with the accommodation overall. |
