Stayed for 28 days in February, 2009 We really do like 3503 Seacrest, but were very disappointes to return this year to a dirty stained-out carpet, dirty upholstered furniture and beat-up psrs and pans. This was our 3rd Winter in this unit, and have booked it for the Winter again. However, if the physical state of the unit has not improved we will be very unhappy. |

Stayed for 7 days in April, 2008 We love Seacrest and have stayed there four times. #3503 was very nice and had fantastic views.The only thing I noticed, and this was no big deal at all, was the carpets could have used a good shampoo (or replacement) and the unit is overdue for a paint job. Didn't affect our enjoyment one bit, though, and we'll stay there again. |

We stayed in the same condo for 3 months last year and 3 months this year and will for 4 months next year, The carpet is stained and needs replacement. The same stains (some quite large) in the dining area, living room ,and 3 bedrooms have returned year after year and within a week after been cleaned. I have to clean these areas each time before we have visitors. |

Stayed for 7 days in July, 2007 The rental property was in good condition, but I was very dissatisfied with the property itself. One pool was closed the entire week (completely green and shut down) the other has murky water and when inquired about this was told that this is how a pool is when many guests are using it. I have stayed at many hotels with pools that have crystal clear water even though many guests are using it. |
