The 3rd bedroom king bedding and shares a full bathroom with the 4th bedroom that has 2 Twins. Outside is a wonderful pool area with a 1/2 bathroom for your use. Nearby to this home is Coligny Plaza with shopping, dining and entertainment every night in the summer. FREE wireless high speed internet access. FREE Tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club. Gas Grill. 6TV's, 2DVD. 2Kings, 1Queen, 2Twins, queen sleeper sofa,Sleeps 10. 1895 heated square feet. *Pool can be heated at an additional cost. *Pools can be heated at an additional charge. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2007 We have stayed there for the past 6 to 7 years. It is well stocked in the kitchen and no steps is an asset as are the pool and Weber grill with a gas line. We love it.and the rental fee fair. Aside from occasional excess of palmetto bugs the house the house is in great shape and we always try to leave it as found, ie replace anything that may break. The current management staff have been of timely assistance when needed. Thank you. |

Our family of four has stayed at this house for two years and is going back this summer. We loved the location since it is walking distance to Coligny Plaza and has easy access to the beach. The house is very comfortable and the pool is fairly private. We can't wait until August. |

Stayed for 7 days in June, 2007 We have stayed at 17 Bittern several times and like the closeness to Coligny and the beach. The house is comfortable, nicely decorated and convenient for families to share. We did have to wait quite a while for the trash to be removed from the previous occupants. It's not quite as convenient getting around on N. Forest Beach with the one-way streets and the congestion on Avocet, but we managed. |

We were less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and the short walk to the nearby strip mall allowed us to easily walk to a great selection of restaurants. There is a bike rental place and we rented bikes that allowed us to take rides on the beach everyday. For 5 adults and a baby, we couldn't have asked for a better location. |
