Enjoy endless, dynamic views of marsh, South Beach Marina, and Braddock Cove in one of our most sought-after Hilton Head homes. Take a five minute walk to the wide Atlantic shore, or to the tennis courts, or to al fresco dining and entertainment by the water. Upstairs has a kitchen, dining area, living room, family room(REFURBISHED IN CALMING GREENS AND YELLOWS, BRITISH INDIES STYLE), outside deck, 2 master suites with king beds and private bathrooms, a guest with a queen bed and access to a hall bathroom, and another king guest room with full bath. Downstairs you will find another king suite, and a guest room with 2 twins and access to a hall bath. All the bedrooms have also been redecorated in bright crips blues and reds. Direct access to the pool and screened porch w/ HOT TUB. One of our best vacation rentals for large families and groups.FREE TENNIS at the South Beach Racquet ClubHOT TUB was installed in screened porch in fall 2012 6 BR, 6 BA4 king, 1 queen bed, 2 twins, 1 queen sleeper sofas. Sleeps 14. *Pools can be heated at an additional charge. This pool has an electric pool heater. The cost per week is $300 to heat Pool.

sea pines experience Don R. from Cincinnatti, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2009 this was our 11th time staying in sea pines----fabulous place. the only problem was dealing with the folks at the welcome center---they were not very welcoming!! 2 guys left their passes back in ohio, so to get new ones we were put thru the 3rd degree by gestapo ladies at the back window. they blamed it on you guys for not following thru on protocal. it was like "who's on 1st". if we return to hilton head in the future, you guys were great, but we wont be staying in sea pines!! |

A Great Family Reunion Property Bobbie T. from Urbandale, IA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2007 The house was not cleaned when we arrived but management rectified that immediately. A/C broke during our stay and again, management had it repaired immediately. Great property managed by a great management company. Tried to rent for this year's reunion but not available. Strongly recommend this property. |

My stay at 70 South Sea Pines Drive Reginald J. from Dumfries, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2007 The location, size and amenities of this property was wonderful. However, the cleanliness of the property was totally undesirable. Not sure if the number of properties that had to be cleaned caused a rush job or not. We had to clean on the first day before settling in, which we lost one day of vacation time. Overall rating is a 3.4 solely due to cleanliness, which is very, very important these days with a revolving door of individuals occupying the property. |
