Dirty Unit with worn bedding. Cynthia H. from Atlanta, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2007 I had to clean the entire unit, sand on floors dirty bathrooms, before my family felt comfortable to go to sleep. The rental company was prompt in responding to my complaints the next morning and had the rugs steam cleans immediately. But I had already spent an entire evening cleaning the unit before they could address the problems. The property manager did suggest that he was also disappointed in the cleanliness of the until and would see to it that someone on the housekeeping staff be held accountable. That being said we would hesitate renting through the agency again. |

Stayed for 7 days in June, 2007 We always stay in the Forest Beach area and have stayed at the Breakers and The SeaCrest. While North Shore Place is not on the ocean it is a short walk to the beach. We loved staying there and having Colginy Plaza next door. We also loved the rooftop pool. I would definitely recommend North Shore Place. |

We picked the 4th floor because the pool was on that floor and we could walk to the pool in a minute. We also were allowed to use the pool across the street, on the ocean. I rated everything a 5 because that is exactly what it was. |
