This villa received full sun for the most part of the day. Most enjoyable for your morning coffee! The finely maintained grounds lead you to the villas featuring large balconies facing the ocean. A large HEATED pool, SPA and beachside pavilion are surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. *POOL AND SPA HEATED ALL YEAR ROUND. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck over the dunes to one of the finest stretches of beach on the East Coast. Palmetto Dunes Resort has a canal system that you can kayak or canoe thru for the nature lovers. Absolutely stunning surroundings! The resort also offer meandering leisure trails for bicycling, rollerblading or walking. FREE Tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. FREE highspeed wireless internet access. 2 TV's, 2 DVD. 1 Bdr, 1.5 Ba, 1 King and Queen Sleeper sofa. Nice, but a bit of a walk to the beach A guest from Greensburg, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2007 This is a very nice resort, and Palmetto Dunes is a bit further from the beach than Sea Pines or North FOrest Beach, where we usually stay. This complex is a smidge further since it isn't oceanside. Also, bring your own pillows because the one in this condo were awful. We actually went and purchased new ones during our stay. Other than that it was beautiful! We loved staying where we were. VEry peaceful setting. Not any noise form neighbors, etc. |
