Gaynor M. from Kirkland, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2014 Wildwood lodge was a great place to stay. My family and I have stayed in many places and this was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. As well as being clean, it was spacious and cosy and there was everything there that you could possibly need. I also enjoyed the fact that the whole place wasn't covered in notes telling you not to touch this and made for a very relaxing vacation. Very close to the Blackcomb slopes and a quick enjoyable walk to Whistler too. It was great to have a storage room for the snow gear and a hot tub. I would highly recommend this place.
good, but why a $120 supply fee on top of cost $500 became $620
Kimberley F. from Sammamish, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2014 Did not see supply fee until booking. No one uses $120 toilet tissue or Kleenex in 1 or 3 days. Was underhanded in waiting to tell you when booking and paying. Toaster was full of crumbs prior to use other than that clean. Might look for place without that kind of fee. I can buy shampoo and paper products for less. Needs more pillows than just 1 per person.
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. $120 wsa a cleaning fee no matter if you stay 2 days or 10. Your travel agent should have explained the fees and taxes when you booked.
A guest from Downey, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2014 Property was great. Location can't be beat with a walking path 5 minutes to Black comb base. Unit was clean and we had everything we needed.Just hope you don't need anything from the staff. When I checked in, front desk was on a personal call. After standing there for 5 minutes, she puts the phone on her shoulder and asks if we need anything. We ask to check in. She gives us door codes and tells me to come back tomorrow to sign paperwork. The next day, I stop by after a day on the slopes. Same front desk agent is outside smoking, talking on the phone. I wait a few minutes. She can clearly see me but I leave after waiting too long. Asking questions about towels for the pool I was told that as this isn't a hotel, they can't provide extra towels. They only have exactly the number needed for each unit. We are told that there are extra towels in the bathroom under the sink. When I tell her that I have looked and there are none, she insists that I look again before she will do anything. Okay.Again, great unit. I would stay there again. But I would make note not to need anything while I am there!!
A guest from Shavertown, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2013 Staff helped establish and maintain excitement over trip planned 6 months in advance. Property beautiful from outside and well located but unit stuck in the 80's. Pull out couch substandard and artwork very odd. # 305 needs updating, new furniture and a new stove.
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. thanks for your comments. I have passed them on to the owners for consideration. Manager.
Katherine M. from Ladysmith, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2012 Very clean, beautiful apartment. Close to everything but still in the peace and quiet. Free parking was a real good plus. Will be back next year!
A guest from Lake Tapps, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 The staff was awesome! Helpful and very kind. But our room was not as clean as it could have been. And there was no cleaning service for our 6 day stay. That would have made our stay absolutely perfect :)
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. I believe that we did provide a towels and trash service part way through the guest's stay. we also do a full clean after 7 days. These policies should have been explained when they booked. Not sure why they would not recommend to others if the overall satisfaction was 5. Hope to see you back in the future, and thanks for your comments. Manager
