There'a a full kitchen, generous living and dining area opening onto the lanai, a queen-bed bedroom and bath. For extra guests, the second bedroom, downstairs has two double beds and another full bath. And for your evenings, there's a satellite TV/VCR, a nice stereo with CD player, an assortment of video and audio tapes and cds, and for those who would rather curl up with a book, there are lots to choose from.
Outside in a gazebo near the house is a full-featured spa for your relaxation and enjoyment!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, coffee maker, range, refrigerator, and all cooking and dining needs. This home is thoughtfully and tastefully appointed to make it feel like your very own home-in-Paradise.
Located in a quiet, ocean-front, gated community with easy accessibility to Kapoho Bay and the ocean itself, there are several calm lagoons for swimming and snorkeling. You can take a scenic 15 minute walk to the famous Champagne Pond! Some of the lagoons in the community are even heated by geothermal fresh-water springs! A guide-map at the house will direct you to all the best spots.
Please note that Pualani is NOT a two-unit rental! The second bedroom and bath are in the downstairs portion of the house. The main floor is upstairs to make possible the super ocean view and to better catch the tradewind breezes.
Kapoho is truly an awesome place. Kapoho is the warmest, sunniest spot on the Windward side of the Big Island. Here you will experience beauty and serenity with a rare taste of lovely "old Hawaii."
