This is a delightful house set near the town of Montalto delle Marche at the southern end of Le Marche roughtly 1/2 hour from the provincial capital of Ascoli Piceno.

The property is owned by a delightful family of winemakers and it is possible to buy wine directly from them. The winery produces high quality wine with the D.O.C. label.

Set just 20 minutes from award winning beaches at Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, both of which have been given blue flag status you will be in a lovely location away from the crowds but near enough to the coast if you wish to avail yourself of the fantastic shopping, beaches and fish restaurants.

Please note that the prices quoted are for a maximum of 5 people. For an additional person taking the capacity up to its maximum of 6 you should add EUR 80 per per night.
