This beautiful city condo is located in a quiet and secluded part of a diverse multicultural residential area in Washington, DC right up the street from the Capitol Hill offices, Downtown DC, and a 5 minute drive to RFK Stadium and the historic Langston Golf Course, which offers full service golfing/range opportunities daily from dusk until dawn!

The DC condo is also close enough to major tourist attractions, but tends to attract patrons who enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle of the rambling tourist areas, while having the luxury of being able to drive and park near major DC attractions for free.

This unit sleeps up to 8 people comfortably and offers 2 bedrooms, one full bath, one queen bed in the master bedroom, one large sectional with queen sofa bed in the living room, and one full sofa bed in the second bedroom, and 2 extra luxury Sealy air mattresses, with a desk, computer, and high speed internet access. The sleeping quarters are ideal for families or anyone requiring a fully functional living arrangement.

Union Station is also a 5 minute drive away, where there is a movie theater, trendy shops, and diverse food court.

One time $100 cleaning fee for all rentals. Monthly pricing is based on a family of 4, with extra pricing applicable for more than 4. Condo sleeps up to 8 people, but the $180 max price is for 5-6 people. Extra charges apply for short term rentals over 6 people.
3 day minimum stay required, but stay as long as you'd like!
The refundable short term damage deposit required to hold the reservation ranges between $300 and $500 and is refundable upon no damages to the unit or within 3 days after receipt if cancelling.
All reservations are guaranteed by deposits received within 7 days.
All balances are due in full 2 weeks prior to arrival, no exceptions.
