Hello! This is a handicap accessible condo. Brand new Gulf-front condo, 6th floor in Panama City Beach. This condo is new in 2007 and completely decorated by a professional decorator in beach/cottage decor in July 2007. The condo sleeps 6 people (one king, 2 bunks, and a pullout couch.) There is one bedroom with a full private bathroom attached. There is a second full bathroom (handicap accessible) down the hallway. The kitchen has all white cabinets, with granite countertops (countertops around kitchen sink are shorter,) and has all the ameneties for a longer stay. The kitchen is open to the great room, which leads out to the balcony. The large balcony has 2 loungers and 2 regular chairs that overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the pool, and the tiki bar. There is a Starbucks in the complex, for morning coffee on the balcony! There are also 2 flat screen TVs with DVD players (one in the great room and one in the bedroom.) We are currently booking for family Spring Breaks in 2008 and summer 2008. Email us with the dates you are interested in and we can give you a specific price and our full brochure with pictures!
