Comfort and maintenance issues A guest from ORINDA, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2009 The ventilation to the second bedroom was so poor that the room would be comfortable only when the A/C would make the rest of the condo much too cold. During the entire 3-day period, we were not able to view the TV in the living room, despite repeated complaints. Property Manager Response: Response from Prince Properties, Inc. Thank you for your review. It seems the Zoning may be slightly off. As for the TV, All is working. As we disussed the process to turn it on. The TV tested well after your stay. Thank you again! |

Great Condo; Great Location Vicki P. from Seattle, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2009 We can't say enough good things about our stay at the Hali'i Kai condos. The complex was beautiful--immaculately maintained and very quiet. Our condo was in beautiful shape, with very high end finishes. The Ocean Club (pool, workout facility and restaurant) is scenically located with a spectacular view of the ocean (and whales!). The pool was never very crowded and was a great depth (3 to 4 ft.) for our kids. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. |

Hali'i Kai 6B Jeffrey L. from Anchorage, AK recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2008 Very nice unit and complete except for the Ginsu knife set. (If you're a chef, bring your own favorite knife). 6B is about 1/2 way between the gate and the pool, right across from the tennis court. Small Lanai but with ground floor exit to the grass not an issue. Super pool and poolside facility. |

A joyous and peaceful time in Hawaii Monette M. from Shoreline, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2008 Had a fantastic time at the Hali'i Kai. No real problems...just a minor screw up with the access codes, but Brad came to the rescue. Other than that we had a great time at the Waikoloa. |

Stayed for 14 days in February, 2008 First day problems -no hot water ,no cable tv, Bradford allowed me to fix the hot water heater and call and wait for the cable tv guy. Bradford did bring a new grill to the property after I called . The rest of the vacation was paradise. Thank you, What a wonderful and relaxing paradise vacation spot. We have told eveyone of our vacationing friends about Halii' Kai. Thanks again |
