Hali'i Kai - Th eperfect Place to Stay A guest from Edmonton, Alberta recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in February, 2013 Hali'i Kai 6B was a wonderful vacation for our family of 3. Being on the ground level with a view of the golf course and partial of the ocean was wonderful. Our two year old loved to run along the grass, as did we. The condo had all of the basics, but no extras - which really wasn't a problem - but be aware that there is no extra beach stuff that some condos have so you will either have to buy that or bring it with you.The pool facilities are worth the extra cost. The pool is fantastic, with a great area for kids which is separate from the rest of the pool. Great view of the oceans and it is not uncommon to see numerous whales and dolphins any time you happen to look out. The restaurant is another plus, especially if you are having so much fun at the pool that you don't want to go home for a snack and a drink! The fitness facilities are also a plus, with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the treadmill. We loved our condo and the pool at Hali'i Kai so much that we found that we didn't go as many places as we normally would, although it is close to the shops and beaches. We would absolutely rent this condo again. |

Love this resort A guest from Angels Camp, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 Unit 6B was well located, across from the tennis courts. It was a long walk, or short ride to the pool, which was fine with us. When we arrived the carpet at the entry was very dirty and spotted throughout. We called the manager who sent our a cleaning service the next day. The unit was over cluttered with bulky furniture that made it feel cramped. It had zero beach stuff, and very little stuff for cooking. We have stayed at two other units in the resort and they were much better equipped. |

I would make a couple of requests though ... include a jug for juice and a tea pot in the kitchen supplies. Some place mats to protect the kitchen table and plates (plastic) to use on the patio. |

Stayed for 3 days in July, 2009 The ventilation to the second bedroom was so poor that the room would be comfortable only when the A/C would make the rest of the condo much too cold. During the entire 3-day period, we were not able to view the TV in the living room, despite repeated complaints. Property Manager Response: Response from Prince Properties, Inc. Thank you for your review. It seems the Zoning may be slightly off. As for the TV, All is working. As we disussed the process to turn it on. The TV tested well after your stay. Thank you again! |

The complex was beautiful--immaculately maintained and very quiet. Our condo was in beautiful shape, with very high end finishes. The Ocean Club (pool, workout facility and restaurant) is scenically located with a spectacular view of the ocean (and whales!). The pool was never very crowded and was a great depth (3 to 4 ft.) for our kids. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. |

(If you're a chef, bring your own favorite knife). 6B is about 1/2 way between the gate and the pool, right across from the tennis court. Small Lanai but with ground floor exit to the grass not an issue. Super pool and poolside facility. |
