Reservation Deposit is $1,000 and due at booking. Remaining Payment
is due 45 days prior to your trip; both are not refundable.
Rental tax is 11.962%, cleaning fee is $250 and a refundable damage
deposit of $500 is required. Additional cleanings are available for $100 per cleaning.
