This listing is for six of my 3-bedroom villas around the pool area, I also have three 3-bedroom villas that are ocean front and a 4-bedroom and two studio villas. Reservation Deposit is 30% and due at booking. Remaining Payment
is due 60 days prior to your trip; both are not refundable.
Rental tax is 13.962%, cleaning fee is $250 and a refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. Additional cleanings are available for $100 per cleaning.
