These 3 accommodations offer beautiful views over the surrounding landscape and enjoy use of a nice swimming-pool (accessible by some steps). All of the 3 villas are tastefully furnished and can be rented together in order to have an independent property with private swimming-pool. The access to the property is via 100 m of an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Cortona with all kinds of shops 1 km away, Camucia (railway station) 4 km, Arezzo 30 km. Lake Trasimaneno is approx. 15 km away.
At guests’ disposal: terraced garden, swimming-pool (9 x 4 m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 1/05 to 30/09) to be shared among the 3 units, barbecue. Telephone and outside laundry available. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: Baby bed available on request at € 26,- / per week (to be paid locally). Extra bed available on request at € 52,- / per week (payment on site). Maid service by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour payable on the spot). Cook service available on request. Small pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 30,- / per week.
