This former farm-house was rennovated a few years ago and turned into two apartments, that lie in a typical farm-yard, where there are also a few other buildings. The Villa S.Margherita apartment lies in a very quite and sunny area in the vicinity of Gioiosa Marea, 2 Km from the sea, opposite the Eolian Islands. The apartment has a sea view, a terrace and a garden with garden furniture, BBQ and are surrounded by flowers, palm trees and orange and lemon trees. Guests have access to a pool of 26 sq.m., another children's pool and a tennis court.
The apartment is comfortably designed and decorated with two bedrooms, bathroom, living-room with a sofa-bed and TV as well as a fitted kitchen where one can personally cook the typical products from the farm.
