Vacation Condo Rental Description:
3 bed/3.5 bath newly remodeled townhouse just outside the Lodge & Spa at Breckenridge. King master, two twins, full size bunk bed and sofa sleeper in living room. Gas fireplace, deck, granite kitchen, 1 car garage. WIFI. Shuttle to slopes.
Newly remodeled tri-level townhouse that sits two miles up the hill from downtown Breckenridge. Located on the free shuttle bus route with a stop right on the corner of the house.
This bright and sunny home with southwestern exposure has a rustic flair with wood accents, all new furnishings, and wonderful views of the Ten Mile Range.
There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, two twin beds in a guest bedroom with another Jacuzzi tub in private bathroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a full-sized bunk bed (sleeping 4) in the downstairs room also with private bathroom. In each room you will find a television and a VCR or DVD player.
The living room is equipped with a home theatre system, and we've provided videos/DVDs, board games and books for cozy moments by the fireplace. Complimentary WIFI.
The kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops and slate floors, and the entire house is heated by in floor radiant heat... including the oversized one-car garage where you can keep your skis and boots warm.
You can enjoy the wonderful views from the wooden deck with gas grill and patio furniture right outside the living room. Shuttle or drive to slopes (free Summit Stage stop less than 50 yards from the townhouse driveway).

Overlook House Review Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2012 Overall we had a great time and the location of the property is great and it was clean. The mattress size per rooms were either too small or too big for the rooms. The room with two single beds took up a lot of room considering the size of the room and the mattress size was not accomodating to a couple staying in it. The downstairs bedroom with bunkbeds were great to accomodate our number of sleepers but took up the whole room so a little too snug for walking from closet to drawers to bathroom. The common area was welcoming and there were plenty of movies to choose from as well as trails nearby for hiking. Great experience but tight in the bedrooms. |

sleeping arrangements are not as expected Inna T. from United States, NH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2012 House is fairly far from Breck mountain. Shuttle goes around only a couple times in an hour and for the end of the day it's not convenient - long wait. Bunk beds are "family size". Hard to imagine two families sleeping on top of each other with pleasure. It was 7 of us and it was hard to decide the best sleeping arrangements with provided bed sizes. Showers do not have protective anti-slip mats. One of us ended up with severe ribs injury. Property Manager Response: Response from Summit Mountain Rentals Thank you for your feedback. I noticed that you booked online and that the description of our bedding is in detail on the website. Next visit, please let us know if you questions and we can make sure you understand the sleeping arrangements. The shuttle comes 3 times an hour so if you don't hit it right, you could wait up to 20 minutes. We have lots of units (a little more expensive) that are closer to town. Just let us know your preferences and I am sure we can find a better fit for you. |
