Situated by Via Lame, a typical all-Bolognese neighborhood a stone’s throw from Piazza Maggiore, the heart of the historical centre, Miriam – a very large, bright and clean, extremely cozy, elegant and well furnished apartment – is the perfect accommodation for the tourist, the corporate person, the family and whomever is coming to Bologna to discover this beautiful Italian capital of gourmet food, fashion and nightlife.
Such a key location makes this rental a true winner in terms of convenience and ease of getting around. The train station is walking distance, and so is the majority of monuments, museums, theaters, best restaurants and shopping areas. The fairground and the university are also walking distance, but can be easily reached by city bus stopping right at the corner, and a very large parking lot (free with the purchase of a bus ticket – free bycicles available too, shuttle bus) is no more than 800 mts. The neighborhood is safe, very typical Italian and features all kind of stores ands food shops.
Miriam – a second floor, with elevator – is composed by a large livingroom with a double sofabed, two bright, full bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, the other with two singles), two extra-clean bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a hallway with some room for storage. Two very nice balconies (both with a view) overlook the beautiful piazza with the Porta Lame gate (kitchen) and a small, very pretty side street (two-single room). The apartment was fully refurbished in January 2009 and furnished at the best of love and zest, so to provide you with the necessary comfort – like home, or even better. A washing machine, a large kitchen range with an oven, all the kitchen tools and modern appliances are provided. Quiet and silence are totally guaranteed.
