RENTAL PERIODS: 3-Night minimum during the summer rental period.
Subject to availability we will accept 1 or 2 nights stays between incoming and outgoing reservations.

CLEANING FEES: $45 and 12% Mississippi Tax is in addition to published rates.

RESERVATIONS: $200 DEPOSIT is required to hold your reservation.

The balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: A 21-day notice must be given for a refund of deposit
