NO WORRIES!!!! Charlotte C. from New Orleans, LU recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in July, 2012 This was our second time to stay in La Esquina #10 and it was as peaceful and pleasurable as the first. Some things were out of the management's control - it was very dry and dusty for the wet season so not quite as pretty - white dust everywhere - but the maid made it nice in the condo. Those things that went wrong (and something always does) were attended to quickly. The main unit of the air conditioner went out and it took a couple of days to get it fixed. And the elevator wasn't working for most of our stay - kind of an issue when you are on the third floor - but the on-site staff and taxi drivers were very kind about helping us get luggage and groceries up and we needed the exercise after making smoothies every day, cooking in the terrific kitchen and lounging around on the terrace and in the private "cool pool". Our first visit two years ago was perfect and excepting those things that are just going to happen, it was the same this year. Lola and crew are, as always, pleasant, attentive managers who take care of everything and if there is a delay taking care of a problem, they fully explain why - without making excuses. My husband and I are only two and it may seem overkill for us to have a place as large as this but we enjoy the space and quiet. The shared terrace is terrific for sunset - watching and hearing the howler monkeys. It is hard to say good-bye. Pura Vida, indeed! |

We love this condo. Mary S. from Reedville, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 This is our return trip to La Esquina #10 and we loved it as much this year as last. All rooms are spacious and well appointed. Each bedroom has its own bath, and there are balconies galore (even ones with gas a grill and jacuzzi). we particularly enjoyed the proximity to the rooftop for birdwatching and ocean views as well as a great place for an evening cocktail. |

Fabulous place A guest from Eden Prairie, MN recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in March, 2012 We loved staying in #10 at La Esquina. The condo was perfect especially for us traveling with three young kids. The only bummer was the dusty roads. We would recommend this place to anyone! |

A very nice place to stay in Langosta outside of Tamarindo Richard and Carol D. from Arroyo Grande, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in January, 2012 We had a very nice time in the spacious unit, our relatives said it was like having their own apt in the space, lots of decks. It is close to the beach and we loved the roof top for sunsets and sunrises. The only downer was the elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor, mainly for groceries and luggage, otherwise it was good exercise. The staff were very nice and responsible. The furniture in the living room is showing wear and the bistro across the street sometimes was noisy when we wanted to sleep with our door open, but the Pella doors shut it out. We would go there again, nice to be out of Tamarindo downtown. |

A guest from Houston, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in March, 2010 The property is great. Everything about the condo amenities, its condition, etc were just as described in the on-line information. We booked a sailing/snorkling trip and a zip-line trip through the condo office and both were fantastic. The beach can be reached easily by walking a short distance through a "green zone" of trees where monkies and iguanas can sometimes be seen. The beach itself is nice although there are large rocks in the surf throughout much of the area. The only downside I'd mention is that the condo is located at the edge of Tamarindo about 1.5 miles down a dusty road(at least during the dry season - we were there in March). You can't really walk back to town as there are no sidewalks and the dust gets kicked up by every passing car. We didn't have a car and needed to take a taxi back into town to get dinner, etc. There are some nice restaurants in the town. I can recommend Nougai's as a casual restaurant with some typical Costa Rican style dishes. Also, Carolina's is a nice place that offers upscale cuisine at a reasonable price. |

Loved It! Kara S. from Seattle, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2010 This place is awesome--beautifully furnished and tons of space. We really enjoyed the private balconies, and sunsets from the rooftop deck were incredible. We loved everything about our stay here. The pool was great, the beach was just across the street, and restaurants were nice and close (but you'll want to get a car, it's a little far to walk and the roads are dusty). Also, the property management folks were friendly and very responsive. I'd highly recommend La Esquina #10 to anybody!! |

Stayed for 7 days in December, 2009 Elevator was not working, up in the third floor meant going up and down the stairs with cargo.Besides the place was dusty, thus as in the past spraying molasses on the road settles the problem.Guards should be more helpful with the ladies, at least assisting in loading unloading the vehicles within the building´s parking area. |

Geat spot in Costa Rica Sandy M. from Chilliwack BC, Canada recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in December, 2007 Just far enough out of the city to miss all the noise , the codo was huge and beautifully appointed and we really enjoyed the tea pool on the patio, what a cool idea!Three good restraunts you can walk to and the beach was 100 ft away through a park . We walked about 1000ft to the south to a huge sandy beach with no one on it that went for miles. Loved the place the food was way better than Mexico and the people were very helpful and friendly . Note when renting a car get a SUV the bigger the better as the roads are fairly rough and always keep the tank full as there are not many gas stations in Costa Rica and none by any of the beach towns. |
