The rental includes centrall A/C, ceiling fans, full kitchen, stereo, washer/dryer, phone, & cable TV.Located on beautiful Langosta Beach, the Bahia Langosta Beachfront Condominiums are the perfect spot for a perfect vacation. The complex consists of 23 condominiums situated just steps from the beach. The lush tropical gardens and sparkling swimming pool invites you to step out and enjoy the sunshine.Each unit at Bahia Langosta is fully appointed and equipped. The central air conditioning keeps your condo cool and comfortable. The condos include all amenities ? including well-appointed kitchens, cable TV, and local telephone service.Our one, two, three, and four-bedroom units can accommodate your friends and family comfortably and in style. The one-bedroom condos, located on both the upper and lower levels, can sleep 2-4 people comfortably. Our two-bedroom/two bath unit with a sofa sleeper in the living area can sleep up to six persons. The three-bedroom/three bath units, located on the third level, have spectacular views of the ocean and pool. The third bedroom, a loft overlooking the living area, is light and spacious and has a private bath. Stayed for 11 days in June, 2012 Overall the stay was very nice at Bahia Langosta, the complex itself was very clean and maintained very well. This was a family vacation and we had 4 different units total.I did have an issue with our unit,the a/c was only mediocre and the fridge did not work for 4 days,the freezer worked fine. I had to complain rather loudly to get it corrected. Sadly these are the same problems for this unit from reviews in 2008!! This should have been corrected long ago...I know that the managment can only do so much, the owner is ultimatly responsible to keep it maintained and a fridge is a key factor when renting a condo! But when resolved it was great! |

The people at reservations/check in were nice and the unit was clean. The a/c really didn't cool well but in Costa Rica I can deal with it. The fridge didn't work well and I can't deal with not having cold cerveza in Costa Rica. |

It had enough room to accomodate my friends comfortably and it seemed secure. The pool was great and location is next to the beach. The only suggestion I have is that I didn't know that inside the complex there were only one parking space available and we had to park two cars. The good thing is that the other car was parked outside watched by the security guard. Bahia Langosta #29 in bad condition Mauricio G. from San Jose, San Jose does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2011 Bahia Langosta #29 definitely needs some maintenance. Air Conditioning system is in very bad shape so the condo may get too hot during the day. The refrigerator is very close to dead. 3rd Floor room does not have curtains so you can't sleep in it. |

Bahia Langosta #29 Mauricio G. from San Jose, San Jose recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2010 We will be using this same condo during the last week of 2010. So it is important to mention the following:1) The oven is not working properly. It starts but after a while is just stops.2)The A/C is also working at mid strenght. Even though you take the temp down, it will only go to 74 degrees.3) The 3rd floor room doesn't have curtains.4) Refrigerator not cooling well. Freezer is OK.Thanks!MGS |

My only negative is that main/repair work was scheduled during my stay. This was intrusive and unnecessary; this work could have been performed when the unit was unoccupied. Property management went stone deaf when I attempted to point this out. |

You have to put up with $5.00 cab rides into town, but it is what it is. The townhouse had everything we needed and the beach was right there.
