Sleeps maximum 6 people.Lavish, is the only way to describe these beautiful three bedroom villas in Tamarindo. Located in Playa Langosta, just a mile from the center of Tamarindo, the villas have everything you would ever expect in a true luxury vacation rental. The architecture and the attention to detail put them in a class by themselves. Ocean views (some villas), private pools, rooftop Jacuzzis (some villas), luxury furnishings, and total security are waiting for you at Courtyard Villas.All the villas feature hand-crafted floor and wall tiles, tropical hardwood doors and cabinetry, ceiling fans, custom kitchens, air conditioning, and more. The entrance to the courtyard is secure, with a doorbell located outside for guests.Upon entering your villa, you encounter a view of the pool and garden area. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2011
Although the beach was just across the street - it wasn't a very "user friendly" part of the beach - we ended up driving each day to the area where you could walk, swim and rent a chair and umbrella. It was difficult to keep the house cool. Bedding seemed old, stains on the walls and poor lighting. Grounds were pretty!

The property was great for our family. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for light meal preparation and the property was a attractive as it was online. We would have liked to have the manager's office opened a little earlier. The pool was cold because it was always on the shade (even in 90 degree weather!. We had a fabulous New Year's vacation.
