It was really well located, close to the beach. Loved the layout of the house, two bedrooms downstairs, master and loft upstairs. Lots of movies and kitchen well stocked. I must admit it was frustrating that so little toilet paper and dishwasher soap was included. Also, we had to call the emergency phone in the middle of the night regarding the location of the electrical panel since a fuse blew. It would have been nice to have that info in the info binder. Also needed are instructions for recycling. I had to bring 3 bags of it home to prevent it from being treated as trash. |

It's just the right size and in a good location. It's a bit old but it has air conditioning and enough space for 2 families with kids. Kitchen is pretty nice and there is enough of everything for cooking. BBQ is kinda old too but it did the job for us. There is also wireless Internet and TV, which we used to watch Olympics. We also connected our iPad to it using HDMI cable and watched some movies we brought with us. But most importantly, we enjoyed the weather and the lake where we spent most of the time. |

PML is my favorite vacation spot Yuri K. from Sunnyvale, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 I've been renting houses in PML for a long time and I was never disappointed. This time was no exception. We were very happy with our stay. One comment I have is the kitchen needs to be stocked up better. It only had 2 large frying pans and 2 large soup pots, which wasn't always what we needed for cooking. Also, this house has 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom. The second bathroom was the point of contention, especially in the morning. Still, we enjoyed our week long vacation and would definitely recommend it. |

Stayed for 6 days in June, 2010 We loved the cabin, upstairs bedroom are huge and airy and stocked well with books, games.toilets and bathrooms are great also, though a little extra shelf for creams and other staff would be great.Bottom floor is not bad, is room enough for one large family or 2 families with one child each. Kitchen looks good. BUT YOU HAVE GOT TO CHANGE THE POTS, they all are rusty and old and it is not safe to cook in them. Other kitchen supplies are superb, all appliance are new and great.My biggest consern was about sofas in the living room. These are very dirty inside and out, we had to go and by extra beach towels to cover them. Housekeeper did a great work, when we checked in house was very clean. Not only was the house beautiful, the owners were thoughtful enough to provide some helpful supplies, like cleaning products, basic toiletries and a library of interesting books! My one complaint is that the house is not really within walking distance of the marina, as was advertised (my friends dubbed the walk to the marina "The Trail of Tears"), but a quick drive will get you there. |

We felt we were not fully apprised of the fact that there would be none of these available with the cabin:- towels, including dish towels- dish soap, dishwasher soap- sponges to wipe out sink/countersAlso, one garbage can was overflowing upon our arrival. Generally, the cabin was not clean - baseboards are filthy, there was dried rice under window by sink, window sill was dirty. I felt I had to wipe down the kitchen counters and stove top before I felt comfortable cooking. The stay was ok, but we won't rent that cabin again. It also was much smaller than we thought it would be but that's just us not really figuring out the square footage properly (the photos are deceiving online). It would be more inviting with additional or better patio furniture that would accomodate more people (only 3 chairs, no cushions). And a gas grill would be more helpful. |

The location was a convenient location for Yosemite. The kids loved Pine Mountain Lake too. The lake trampolines tended to be dominated by local teenagers and were the most part inaccessible to us that was bit of a disappointment. The boat rentals were fun. The home itself had everything. The upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful. The community itself was not great for running or walking because of the traffic and people tend to speed. So wouldn't let the kids walk anywhere other than the circle we stayed on. Overall it was a comfortable home that we enjoyed staying in. |

(2) trash cans were missing, so we had to drive to REMAX Yosemite Gold office to place in their dumpster upon check-out, after talking to the prop manager. The kitchen has everything you need, though could use more than one kitchen towel. Overall, highly recommend and would return. |

The rooms were fine, one large and two small, but we fit! The kitchen was small, but had most everything we needed. Cleanliness was utmost for my little granddaughters and the home didn't disappoint us. We felt at home, yet on vacation with the numerous trees surrounding the home and the deer that visited the property every day was a real treat. We enjoyed the availability of the lake and the swimming pool and utilized both each day of our stay. The weather was superb! |
