Built as a water mill in the 18th century, Le Moulin is arguably the most extraordinary dwelling in glitzy Cannes. Situated at the foot of the prestigious California Hill, 1 km from the Palais du Festival, Le Moulin combines the charme of an ancient Provencal dwelling with the amenities of the 21st century. Total interior surface is 220m2 with 1000m2 of gardens, terraces, and swimming pool.
The villa's living space consists of an entrance hall, a dining room with an open fire place, a living room with a large open fireplace and access to the pool and an outside dining terrace, a fully fitted kitchen, and a covered terrace with built-in BBQ/fireplace. In addition, there is a large laudry room and a pantry.
The villa has five bedrooms, all very comfortable, with wonderful views of the garden. At the garden level, we have the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, spa bath, antique double sinks, separate WC. Another bedroom at the same level has external access, and is particularly suitable for children or staff. On the first floor, we have a third bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, and a seperate bathroom. On the second floor, another bedroom features parquet flooring, and a fitted wardrobe; it has a private south facing sun terrace. The fifth bedroom at the same level features parquet flooring and a shared bathroom.
