Smoking outside only. Not suitable for young children. Located 8 miles south of Newport, on Oregon's beautiful Central Coast.

Two night minimum stay.
Four night minimum July & August.
Reservation deposit of $200 to hold reservation. Refundable security deposit of $200. Cleaning fee $60 for short stays. $75 for one week or more. 30 day cancellation policy. Minimum age requirement. Holiday rates apply.

A note about children: While we enjoy a fabulous in-your-face ocean view, and the house is visually protected by a small bluff and vegetation, a two-lane highway must be crossed in order to reach the beach. There are a number of beach access areas very close-by that accommodate vehicles.
