if 3. person would like to sleep separate another single bed will be put but it is possible if the flat is rented more then 1 month.

or you may take HAVAS infront of the Ataturk airport and go to Taksim (approx.6 euro)
take a bus to besiktas(1 euro) or eminonu
take a ferry to uskudar or harem (1 euro)
and walk from harem to flat or take a taxi or bus from uskudar (2.5 euro taxi , 1 euro bus)
totally 10-11 euro per person for one way.
(If you came from Sabiha Gokcen Airport I will explain it also because flights are not frequent from there)
