Villa Viamonte is a classic Argentine adobe house detailed with artisanal works representative of the regional culture of Mendoza. We are located in the heart of the old town of Chacras de Coria, now a neighbourhood of Mendoza. You will find comforts and the best of services in this superb place, to make your stay in Mendoza truly unforgettable. The villa is situated in Chacras de Coria - - now a chic town just 20 minutes south of Mendoza's city centre, where fine traditional vineyard land abutts top-end residences, fine dining restaurants, art galleries, shops and boutique wineries. The property consists of:
A walled estate with automated, remote-controlled, entrance gates: 6,650m2 (~ 1.65 acres). Kept lawn and gardens with a selection of fruit, mature hardwoods, rose gardens and flowering shrubs. Children’s climber and play set and a large swimming pool.

The principal house (or villa), is made of adobe with a steel infrastructure; renovated and refurbished in 2007. Three gallerias (patios), and an arched cochera (car port) are located on the perimeters of the villa.
The villa has 7 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, has an full ensuite bathroom, and an attached dressing room that can also function as an additional bedroom for the balance of a small family.
A second bedroom with a king-size bed has a newly renovated 3-piece ensuite washroom.
The third, fourth and fifth bedrooms (one king, one double, and one with two twins) are all within a few meters of a large, renovated, 4-piece bathroom.
Two twin bedrooms are located in the quincho(a 2nd building on the property), each with a separate bathroom, including shower, sink and toilet.
All rooms have heating. Air-conditioning and fine cabinetry closets are found throughout the house.

Continental breakfast service is available for an additional fee.

The villa offers a barbecue service (traditional Asado) on request, cooked by our caretakers on the grill. The “Caseros” guarantee an excellent Argentine cuisine experience.
