I FIORI – The Flowers – is a rental complex strategically situated in one of the key areas of Bologna, Porta Mascarella, the very gate of the center. The units (built in October 2007) are side-to-side and can comfortably accommodate up to 23 guests in five studio apartments (Girasole, sleeps 2-3 each) and two 2-room apartments (Mimosa + Camelia, sleep 4 each). Units are completely independent and can be rented separately or together to easily accommodate large families or groups. For larger parties, additional room can be provided on request. Particular care and attention were used to give our guests the comfort, relax and atmosphere one looks for when away from home. With total quiet, safety and privacy granted by the inner position of the complex, the apartments have been furnished and decorated with the best, most functional furniture, accessories and appliances so to make them perfect for a short-medium term occupation. A TV set, a refrigerator with a freezer, a washing machine, plenty of kitchen tools and appliances, sheets and towels, etc. are provided for all the apartments, that are air conditioned and heated with a state-of-the-art heat pump system. I Fiori is the rental you want in Bologna. == GIRASOLE, our clean, cozy, quiet studio apartment, can more than comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests in one great, brand new double bed that conveniently folds into a sofa, plus another foldable single bed. Both have new, firm mattresses. Sheets and blankets are provided and included in the price. The bathroom and the kitchenette are completely furnished and feature all the tools and appliances one may expect in a modern house. A shower cabin, an air conditioner, an oven, a washing machine, shelvings, silverware, pans and pots, dishes, cups, etc. are provided together with towels. Seating is for 4. Like the other apartments, Girasole – a great rental for very little money – has been carefully decorated with love and zest to make your stay in Bologna as much pleasant as possible – right like at your place!
