Private homes reserved for one month or longer include a base monthly electrical, gas and/or water allowance. Guests are responsible for any usage above stated amounts. Please call our office directly for information.

We all love pets as well; however private residence condominiums do not allow tenants to bring pets. Some of our private homes are pet friendly. An additional non-refundable Security Deposit is required. Please call Horizons Rentals for details!
