The house is situated on St. Jean Hillside with views over the Eden Rock from the front of the house as well as Saline from the rear of the house. This newly constructed house has high ceilings affording wonderful breezes throughout the year. All of the rooms are under one roof; however, there is access to the pool area from the bedrooms. Dining can be either in the rear of the house overlooking the grassy area towards Saline (table easily seats 12) or in the front of the house under the covered terrace (with dining for 8).Upon entering the house there are two bedrooms (one to the left and one to the right). The bedroom to the right (orange room) has lovely white wooden floors, built-in seating, king size bed with a TV and DVD. There is a door to access the back terrace directly from this room and the ensuite bath has 2 sinks as well as screens in the shower. The bedroom to the left is virtually identical to the right; however, its views are over St. Jean and the decor is blue. Again, there is a TV, DVD, king size bed and of course air-conditioning.
The immense covered terrace runs the length of the house and has ample seating to accommodate a large group with cream covered cushions and two ceiling fans. The pool is extremely large with seating and easy access. Off the exterior living area is the dining area with a large gas bbq as well as an outdoor shower. There are 8 chaises for the comfort of the clients. The main room (interior) consists of the living area and the large kitchen which opens directly to the living space. There are two large white sofas, a plasma TV with American satellite, DVD, WIFI, IPOD and surround sound. There are several ceiling fans and views to both St. Jean and Saline from this area. The kitchen is situated in this room with a large counter (free form) with seating. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight with a five burner gas stove, 2 sinks, espresso machine, wine cooler, icemaker and every possible amenity. The master bedroom is located off the main room and is done is gold tones. It consists of a king size bedroom, TV, DVD and a large ensuite bath (rainhead shower) with views over St. Jean. This is a house for the most discriminating client and can be combined easily with LLA, KWI, REV, REL, DSA.
