Villa EMA is a very charming villa located in Colombier with an amazing oceanview, with sunsets most of the year.Built on two levels the villa has 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and a pool. The main level there are two bedrooms sharing a bath and on the other side there is one bedroom with private bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the upper level with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Villa EMA's living room is located at the entrance between the main level bedrooms. Contemporary decor with large white comfortable sofas and doors that open to garden and oceanview. The kitchen is large and well-quipped with beautiful views over the water. There are 2 dining areas, both seating 10 people; one by the kitchen inside the villa and one on the terrace by the pool. The terrace is very large with both shaddy and sunny areas. Furnished with a large u-shaped sofa where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. This villa rents for the list price over Thanksgiving, there are no breakdown rates.
