Palmera has 6 air-conditioned master bedrooms (4 up, 2 down), each with king bed, ensuite bathroom with white porcelain double sinks, cable TV, and some of the most commanding views on the island. The upstairs bedrooms have 2nd-floor gazebos designed for relaxation and socializing. The downstairs bedrooms have both indoor & outdoor showers. Washer/dryers are located on each level.

Villa Palmera also offers a gym & a nanny suite (with king bed, kitchenette & sitting area) on the lowest level. The Gym has exercise equipment for both cardio & weight training. (The nanny suite is available for an additonal $1,500/week year round).

The study at Villa Palmera has a 42" plasma TV with a DVD player, while the living room has a 50" plasma TV, DVD/CD player, iPod docking station, stereo & an awe-inspiring 35'-high beamed ceiling. The decor is both attractive & comfortable, with seagrass furniture and accent pieces in rich woods, and all opening onto fabulous views of the ocean. The kitchen has state-of-the-art professional-grade appliances including a 36" built-in refrigerator, refrigerator drawers, ice machine, built-in oven, trivection microwave oven, and a 36" cooktop with professional hood.

Villa Palmera's unique pool has a 360-degree infinity edge & underwater colored lights, which can be programmed for a variety of effects. Various underwater levels (from several inches to several feet) ensure that every guest will be able to enjoy the pool, regardless of their swimming ability. Adjacent to the pool are a dining gazebo on one side, and a sitting gazebo on the other.

Villa Palmera offers its guests unparalleled privacy, views, & tropical elegance on a grand scale. The setting is superb for watching sunrises or sunsets, and Grace Bay's world-renowned sandy beach is an approximate 8-minute drive from the villa.

A/C is metered to discourage use with the doors & windows open, and not costly if used sensibly. Additionally there is no charge for the first $150 of use per week. Use beyond that is charged at approximately 28 cents per kilowatt hour.

A 14-NIGHT MINIMUM over Christmas/New Years.

A credit card imprint with signature is required for a security deposit upon arrival on island.
