These residences can be rented together or separately, and guests may enter the pergola area of the main villa by ascending up an outdoor spiral staircase. Both units, complete with air-conditioning, are uniquely decorated and furnished to a high standard, with rich fabrics and artwork. Main Villa - The ground floor of this exquisitely decorated villa features a large living room complete with a marble fireplace, rich wall paneling, artwork, plush leather chairs, antiques, and luxurious furnishings and fabrics. An elegant guest bathroom is also on this floor. On the first level, 12 steps up from the ground floor, there is a quaint single bedroom with an ensuite blue-and-white tiled bathroom with shower. Walk up 9 more steps and there are two more bedrooms—one twin and one double—both decorated in spring greens and pinks and surrounded by antique furnishings. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers. Glass doors on the ground level lead outside to a spacious dining area with outdoor kitchen and barbeque, all under a covered veranda where guests can dine al fresco in comfort. The patio overlooks the beautiful infinity-edge pool, offering an enchanting panorama of the surroundings, including views of the Ioneanm Sea, Calabria, and Mount Etna. POPPY - Guests enter this residence through an independent entrance along a rooftop terrace (shared w/Violet). Decorated in vibrant red, made up of a bedroom area (queen bed), an extensive library, a dining area, kitchen, and a bathroom (with four natural rock steps leading to the shower). VIOLET-This two story apartment is decorated in pastel colors. The upper floor, entered through a downward spiral staircase from the above terrace (shared w/Poppy), has a sitting area, a compact kitchen with a view, and a cozy space for dining. The lower floor, reached by a spiral staircase, has a twin bedroom with a tiled bathroom with a corner shower. SAFFRON - one small single bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The whole property, over 5,000 sq. ft., features full amenities and offers breathtaking views of the picturesque sea. A full staff lives in a nearby independent residence. A nearby beach offers the chance to soak up the Italian sun, and golf at a beautiful, 18-hole golf course, a short drive away. Electricity, water, and final cleaning included. Heat for villa or pool NOT included - €250 per week for the villa and €100 per day for the pool. Full-time housekeeping included, extra housekeeping/cook is €10 per hour. Kitchen use is limited to the villa staff only. Breakfast and one meal daily included. Welcome buffet dinner €30 per person, including wine. Gourmet dinner prepared by a chef is €80-€130 per person, including wine (arranged in advance). A cell phone w/ pre-paid phone card is available for an extra charge.
